INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FastRAMS mobile application ("App") and the FastRAMS website (fastrams.com) ("Website"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App and Website. The App and Website are owned and operated by Safety Assistance Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom with its registered office at 54 St James Street, Liverpool, L1 0AB.

1.1 PLATFORM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This Agreement is solely between you and Safety Assistance Limited
• Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not a party to this Agreement
• Apple and Google have no responsibility for the App, its content, or maintenance
• This license is subject to, and may not conflict with, the Usage Rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

By downloading, accessing, or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the App or Website.

1.2 PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the App and Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://fastrams.com/privacy. By using the App or Website, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS

The App is intended solely for business and professional use within the United Kingdom. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws of England and Wales
• You are acting in a business capacity, including on behalf of a business entity if applicable
• You are not under the age of 13

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, it will be deleted promptly. Contact info@safetyassistance.co.uk to report concerns.

3. APP AND WEBSITE LICENSE

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the App solely for your business purposes on iOS and Android devices that you own or control
• Access and view the Website (fastrams.com) for informational purposes related to the App

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for illegal, dangerous, or unauthorized purposes
• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the App

3.1 MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

• We are solely responsible for maintenance and support of the App
• Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not obligated to provide any support

4. USER ACCOUNTS

4.1 Account Creation

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate and current information.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Subscription Options

The App is offered as a subscription service:

• Annual subscription

5.2 In-App Purchases

All subscriptions are processed exclusively as in-app purchases via:

• Apple App Store (for iOS users)
• Google Play Store (for Android users)

By subscribing, you agree to the platform-specific terms and conditions.

5.3 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Charges occur within 24 hours prior to renewal
• Manage your subscription via App Store or Google Play Store settings

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed according to Apple or Google's store policies. We do not directly issue refunds.

6. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT

6.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a limited license to use it for providing and improving the App.

6.2 Disclaimer

We are not responsible for content created or shared via the App. The App is a tool and not a source of health and safety authority.

6.3 Professional Advice

This App is not a substitute for professional health and safety advice. Consult a qualified expert as needed.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, dangerous, or harmful activities
• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation

• Disrupt App operations or security
